After that Inbank will establish a registered security over the vehicle, which means that we will have the right to demand sale of the vehicle if you experience difficulties with repayment of auto24 leasing. If you do not present the required documents within 14 days, the bank has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the leasing contract, increasing the interest rate by the amount stated in the contract. The changes result in application of the contract change fee.

Since the amount of auto24 leasing is transferred directly to your settlement account, and you conclude the contract of sale directly with the seller, the vehicle belongs to you as during the effective period of the contract, so after its expiry. If you want to use a grace period again, all loan and interest payments for the previous three months must be paid. During the effective period of the contract a grace period can be taken not more than two times and for a total length of six months within the period of auto24 leasing. An exact length of the grace period and its conditions are established taking the needs and possibilities of the customer into account.

If a loan payment was not transferred to us by the payment due date, we will send a reminder of the payment due date via text message. Delay of payment results in additional expenses, and a late payment penalty is applied to the delayed payment. You can find the fees related to delay of payment in your contract and in the Pricelist of Inbank. E-mails will be sent for payment from the account which you chose for transfer of the amount of auto24 leasing. For convenient payment we recommend to conclude a contract for standing payment service. Invoices are to be paid to the bank account of Inbank in SEB bank. An invoice is considered as paid if it was paid with a correct reference number which you will find in your contract or on your e-invoice.

Inbank calculates interest starting from the transfer of the loan amount. Therefore, the amount of the invoice for the first period may be smaller than the amount stated in the payment schedule.
