Introduction

Inbank is committed to improving the accessibility of its digital services in accordance with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition into Estonian national law.

Legal Basis

This accessibility statement is published in accordance with:

  • The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
  • Products and Services Accessibility Act (Toote ja teenuse ligipääsetavuse seadus) transposing the European Accessibility Act in Estonia, which sets out accessibility requirements for private sector service providers, including financial services.

Scope of Accessibility

This website and related digital services are designed to conform to the applicable accessibility requirements outlined in the EAA and Estonian law, including:

  • Making interfaces perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust (following WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles).
  • Ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.
